These sessions are always so much fun and we love seeing our favourite little clients each year. 

You can choose to come dressed in your own Christmas themed colors or even your favourite Christmas sweater, Pjs or onesies!

SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION

 

Simply email us at info@littleonesphotography.com or call 6440 7568 to book your preferred time and date. Please remember this is first come first serve basis and so your preferred time may not be available at the time of emailing/calling. Please choose a time of day when you know your children are usually in a good mood and happy. Avoid nap times and food times!

 

The Fine Print:

All sessions must be paid on the day of booking to secure the slot, otherwise the session will be passed to the next person.

Any no shows or very late arrivals on the day are non-refundable.  You will not be able to change your session timings once booked.

All cancellations are non refundable.

3-4 days following your session we will send you a contact sheet of the best images for you to choose your Christmas card or other products to purchase.   You may choose to add on further images/products in addition to the above fee.

Our Christmas product packages will be shared with you via email when we send out the contact sheet.

No mobile phone photos or videos are allowed during your session.

The photographer is not responsible if your child does not cooperate.

Please arrive promptly for your session and be ready for your allocated time. If you are late, it will cut into your shooting time!

You are more than welcome to bring any non messy treats/food that will make your child happy during your time at our studio.

Are you looking for a Photographer in Singapore?

 

We first met the Taylor Family at a school fair where we were displaying our family and children photography artwork and services. The mum was very keen to book an outdoor family photography shoot around Singapore  She wanted to capture the essence of life in Asia and have a lovely memory of where the kids had grown up. 

 

During our discussion I recommended the beautiful Joo Chiat area as a potential location for their photo shooting. We love photographing this iconic area of Singapore as it’s full of colourful doorways, traditional walkaways and has hidden charm. We agreed on the location and date and discussed potential outfit ideas.

Lots of families worry about what to wear during the shoot, and what colours look best. We provide lots of advice and guidance to our clients based on the type of session booked and whether they having a studio or outdoor shoot. We always advise checking out our previous shoot images for outfit ideas on our Facebook and Instagram pages and provide a link to our ‘Inspiration for Outfits‘ Pinterest board as well. Most clients find this extremely helpful and love the attention to detail we offer. As a full service photography studio we want our clients to love every aspect of the photography experience with us, from planning for the shoot, the shoot itself, choosing their images during the image presentation appointment and finally receiving their beautiful keepsake products. 

 

We recommend booking an outdoor session either early morning or late afternoon.  The Taylor Family opted for an evening shoot.  Early evening the light tends to be lovely and soft and it’s a little less hot, so more comfortable conditions for the whole family. We spent an hour walking the streets around Joo Chiat and finding new and interesting backdrops for their family portraits. We love capturing the different combinations and relationships’ of family members in our images, so that we can create and showcase a wonderful family story.  The sibling and family photos are usually the most important, so we ensure we spend time perfecting these photos and capturing those real smiles and expressions.

 

The shoot was really fun and the kids (well nearly teens) really enjoyed walking around where they used to live. They had a very cheeky and fun personality so there were lots of jokes, games and laughing. It was Claire’s 13th Birthday coming up so it was a perfect time to capture updated portraits. It had been many years since the family had had a photo shoot and the mum kept saying the kids look so different now. We all know that sadly children grow up and change quickly over the years, so capturing all those changes and memories over the years is something we always intend to do but always forget.  It’s usually one of the things that slips our minds or quickly drops down the priority list, but something that can give you years and years of pleasure, reminiscing and remembering those special moments.

Baby Photographer

As Baby Photographers we often get asked when is the best time to capture children and babies by our clients? There are so many special milestones during a baby’s first year that choosing can be tough. So we decided to write down our favourite milestone to help you. 
 
  • Newborn
This is such a special moment in your life, stepping into parenthood and becoming a mummy or daddy. When your baby is first born they are usually pretty tiny and love getting swaddled and cuddled. We highly recommend to most new parents or even if this is baby number 2 or 3 or even 4, capturing your littleone within the first few weeks is such a special memory to keep forever. Your baby will only ever be this small and sleepy for such a short period of time and photographing their little toes, fast sleep and you holding them in your arms is truly magical. If you have other children (especially toddlers) and are wanting to capture those special sibling photographs, this is the best time to book in. Some families contact us with baby number two, to book for the newborn shoot and say they ‘regret not doing it for the first’ or ‘I wish we had captured this stage for little…. why didn’t we sign up before’.

  • 3-4 Months – smiley time
 When your baby reaches 3-4 months old they will be developing and learning lots of new tricks. They become stronger and more interactive. At this stage they are really smiley and have learnt to giggle! This is such a happy and lovely age. We love taking photographs of your littleone laying and wriggling on their back.  We also use our lovely (professional) ‘newborn posing beanbag’ to position and take images of your littleone on their tummies, as their neck muscles are now strong enough to support them. They are now able to focus on certain objects and voices so we can get lots of eye contact. The infant still looks very baby like during these months so you can capture some lovely photos with the parents.

  • Sitting up & Crawling

 This is the age when your baby will become more independent and starts learning to explore and move. They are often super proud of themselves for learning this new skill and love showing off. Around this age they often learn to pull themselves up and balance on their feet (usually with a bit of support from an object, or mum and dad). If they have older siblings, the interaction between the children is really lovely.  During this milestone we can capture lots of beautiful candid images of the kids playing and having fun together.

  • Walking
Your baby’s first steps are magical. Capturing their expressions and their pure happiness at learning to walk is a perfect milestone to capture on film forever.  It’s the moment they start heading towards becoming a toddler. For some infants they might already be walking before their first birthday. 
We love to snap beautiful interactive images with parents walking and playing with their littleone or even walking all together holding hands. This can be done in the studio or on location.

  • First birthday (cake smash time!)
 Celebrating the baby’s first birthday is often a very popular milestone for many parents. The baby has grown and changed so much over the past year.  From this tiny little bundle, to a bonny baby full of character and personality. To capture this special moment, two years ago Littleones Photography exclusively launched the super popular Cake Smash Photography Session.  This has proven to be a massive hit with families in Singapore.  The littleones love getting messy and smashing up the cake. These photo shoots are full of fun and laughter for the littleone and their parents. We love to snap some gorgeous family photos during these sessions too.  We love creating different backdrops and themes for our shoots using bunting, and balloons.  This combined with a cute little outfit makes for candid and unique photographs for the parents to love and remember.
